Transforming an ordinary road into a wild play paradise is a rare and exciting opportunity.

In the midst of the many buildings on the Warner Brothers studio lot, this project was about bringing nature back into the everyday, creating a space that invites children to explore, imagine, and reconnect with the outdoors.

Welcome to the Wonderworks nursery at Warner Brothers film studios.

At the heart of this space is a simple yet powerful idea: to create a garden that inspires curiosity and creativity. A natural playground, filled with places to climb, explore, and take risks—allowing children to be children, free to discover the world around them in their own way.

Carefully chosen plantings, winding paths, and hidden nooks create a beautiful, ever-changing backdrop, waiting for young minds to fill in the details with their boundless imaginations.

This is more than just a garden—it’s a stage for storytelling and play. A cluster of trees becomes a deep, dark rainforest, a patch of wildflowers transforms into a meadow teeming with life. Here, the possibilities are endless.

There are places to run, hide, climb, and dream, where every corner holds the potential for a new adventure.

Beyond play, this space also provides a gentle introduction to nature’s rhythms. A garden where children can grow food, observe wildlife, and learn through experience, connecting with the natural world in an intuitive and joyful way.
